Most people don’t really know what latency is, why it’s a problem, or how to correct it. They just restart their computer, reinstall windows, tap three times on the back of their knee cap and hope it magically goes away. But somehow that still doesn’t seem to help.
Thankfully the answer is here. You don’t need to go out and buy a new computer (in most cases). And you don’t need to have the geek-squad come out and find out why your hard drives aren’t spinning fast enough. You don’t even need to reinstall windows.
